For the season starting in April 2026, we are looking for up to four tandem paragliding pilots to join our team at Swiss Paragliding Interlaken .
Are you outgoing, enjoy working with people from all over the world, and love paragliding? Ideally, you’re between the ages of 20 and 40 and would like to work in one of Switzerland’s most famous flying regions. If so, we look forward to receiving your application.

Requirements
Swiss Tandem License
You must hold a valid Swiss tandem license .
You can find all the information about the requirements on the website of the Swiss Hang Gliding Association:
Note:
Experience has shown that the process of transferring a foreign tandem license can take up to 8 months, as all required exams must be taken in Switzerland.
Membership in the VKPI
You must be registered with the Interlaken Commercial Tandem Pilots Association Interlaken VKPI) and meet their requirements.

Languages
Knowledge of English is essential, as we work with international guests
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Flexibility
Working in the tourism industry requires flexibility in terms of working hours and scheduling, which is a prerequisite for this position.

We are looking for a chauffeur (m/f) for the 2027 summer season. In this role, you will be responsible for efficient route planning, picking up guests on time, and safely transporting guests and pilots to the flying area. Your extended responsibilities will include vehicle maintenance, which should be a matter of course for you. If you are a cheerful person and enjoy working with international guests in the adventure tourism sector, we would love to meet you.
Your profile:

- Valid driving license at least category D1 up to 3t. / D1
- CZV license or the will to acquire one
- Experience in driving vehicles of category D1 up to 3t

We are looking for a sales desk employee for the 2027 summer season. In this role, you will be responsible for incoming bookings via our platforms and the sale of tandem paragliding flights at our sales stand, coordinating these with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you are a cheerful person and enjoy working with international guests in the adventure tourism sector, we would love to meet you.

Internship
Internship position for Sales, Booking & Organization
Every year (starting 1 March and or 1 April) we are looking for interns for 6 months to actively strengthen our team in the areas of consulting & sales, booking processing and organization of our paragliding flights.
- Correspondence in German and English
- Telephone advice for our customers and subsequent customer support
- Updating and checking the online booking portal Trekksoft
- Coordination and work allocation of employees
- Organization of paragliding flights
- Checking daily sales and monthly accounts
- General administrative tasks
- Email newsletter to hotels
- LiveChat support
- Collaboration in the implementation of our social media concept
- Processing of own (sub-)projects; we are happy to discuss details of the projects on request
- Team player and flexible in terms of working hours (willingness to work on weekends)
- Independent, very reliable and structured way of working
- Organizational and negotiation skills
- Communicative, open-minded and service-oriented
- Maintains an overview even in hectic situations
- Between 20 and 35 years old
- Very good MS Office skills in the common programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Languages: Native German, good knowledge of English (knowledge of French would be desirable, but is not an exclusion criterion)
- Training in tourism or business (started or completed studies) would be desirable
- Driving license category B (car)
